Students will learn how to create vision boards, gratitude trees, and bullet journals. Students will leave the class knowing about other activities that they could do beyond the class that will help in their everyday lives. Students will share their work with others in a safe and comfortable learning environment.

I am a certified NYS math teacher for grades 7-12. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Education from Adelphi University. 

I have been working with both children and adolescents for over 9 years through camps, preschools, and tutoring. I have enjoyed all of these experiences, and believe that they have helped me grow as an educator. As an educator, the most important thing to me is to make sure that each student knows that I care about them and believe in them. 

Art has always been important to me. Almost everyone I know will describe me as a creative person. However, I believe that anyone can be creative. Expressing creativity is important because it allows one to express oneself. I want to show others that they can also be creative through this fun class! 

This class is more than just an art tutorial. It is a platform where students can collaborate and share ideas off one another and encourage each other through the wonderful process of creativity.
