Class Experience
Students will spark their creativity while building confidence strengthening fine motor skills.
Monday = Make a Frog One paper plate Green tissue paper One sheet of green construction paper One sheet of red construction paper Black crayon Tuesday = Make a Turtle One paper plate Green tissue paper (construction paper will work too) Brown tissue paper (construction paper will work too) One sheet of green construction paper Black crayon Glue Scissors Wednesday = Make an Ice Cream Cone One paper plate One sheet of brown or yellow construction paper Glue Scissors Tissue paper in any color the child wants their ice-cream to be One pompom or ball of red tissue (for cherry on top) Black crayon Optional (colored yarn for sprinkles) Thursday = Make a Flower One paper plate Paints (several colors) Paintbrush One pipe cleaner green or any color One sheet of green construction paper Glue Tape Scissors Friday = Make a Pizza One paper plate Brown or yellow paint Red tissue paper or red construction paper Yellow or white yarn Liquid Glue One sheet of white paper Crayons Scissors
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students may need assistance with various aspects of the crafts including cutting with scissors.
