Class Experience
In this class, students will access teacher created videos to create fun crafts. Students will need to have the supplies for the craft with them before they begin. Each of the 5 lessons will allow students to create something different. Students will follow teacher led step-by-step instruction while being encouraged to "change it up" in their own way. This will spark creativity. Students will engage fine motor skills with cutting, gluing, tearing, coloring, and painting. Students will create projects using mixed media. Working with different supplies engages creativity and experimentation. Everyone shares their work to the classroom to spark ideas and grow confidence. We will all have a fun craft to share with family and friends. Completed projects are posted and shared to the classroom for the teacher and other students to see. There will be weekly challenges posted to the classroom. Students will share their challenges with the class in the classroom. Challenges will be related to art and creativity. Challenges will be fun tasks such as draw a self portrait or an imaginary pet. The challenges may also be a scavenger hunt or collage.
