Description

Class Experience

I'm a professional voice teacher and acting coach (offering private and group lessons for 14 years) and I've been teaching a cappella singing to teens for the last 4 years.
Students will need to practice their parts between classes. This summer camp will fly by and I hope that all the singers will know and feel confident with their parts when it comes time to record. This is a team effort and everyone is needed!
I will provide singers with audio files and PDFs of the sheet music. Students will need to have access to a video camera or phone that can provide a good quality audio and video recording - an expensive studio microphone is not necessary! - and some earbuds or headphones. Students will probably also want to come to class with their music already printed and a pencil for note taking and marking their music.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
5 hours per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
