Class Experience

In this fun one-time book club, learners will discuss their thoughts on the this delightful book! Learners will play games such as bingo to emphasize vocabulary words from the book. Students will engage in a virtual snowball fight and generate their own elf, reindeer, and troll names. Lastly we will all participate in an interactive book prompt technique of “Would You Rather....” An example of this exercise is being asked whether you would rather be an elf or a reindeer and why. Learners will also create a newspaper article for “The Daily Snow” to tie up loose ends in the plot and take a look at the geography of Finland.
