This is a class focused on the A-37 Dragonfly close air support (CAS) aircraft, its historic significance in the Vietnam War, technological upgrades, facts about the aircraft, and how the aircraft was used in combat. The focus will be on both scientific and historical facts about this attack aircraft and how it served in combat during Vietnam. There will be an attached note-taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information in this course. There is also one short video of the A-37 aircraft that demonstrates its capabilities further. The teacher's desire is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be no assigned homework in this class, and the teaching style will be lecture via powerpoint material with a few questions asked of the students.
