Class Experience

The learning goals for this course will be to teach the student about the A-10 Thunderbolt II close air support (CAS) aircraft, the historic significance in the Cold-War era, technological upgrades, facts about the aircraft, and how the aircraft was used around the world. The focus will be on both scientific and historic facts about this attack aircraft and how it served in combat during different conflicts. To learn an in-depth knowledge about the A-10 Thunderbolt II close air support aircraft, technological upgrades, and how this aircraft was used in different conflicts around the world.

I have 20 years in the Air Force as a weather forecaster and have directly provided weather support for the pilots flying this aircraft during Operation Southern Watch.
