Class experience
[1st of four 9-week sessions] This course takes a modified, thematic approach to 3rd Grade Science. It offers content that is typically taught during the first 9-weeks in a traditional 3rd grade science class. The students will take an in-depth look at life and the ecosystem. Students will improve their understanding of the world around them. They will improve their understanding of living organisms and how they interact with each other. Engaged students will improve their ability to respond to state assessment questions on 3rd grade science content.
I am a 20-year licensed Instructor. I have been privileged to instruct thousands of students. 96% of my engaged students are successful on state assessments. I hold a Science Degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Currently, In addition, I have a Master’s in Instructional Technology pending with a 4.00 GPA. I have taught all science courses from grade Kindergarten to post-graduate courses to include Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, AP Biology, Microbiology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Physical Science, Environmental Science and many others.
