Homework
Frequency: 1-2 per week
Feedback: as needed
Details: Students will have homework assigned to them every week. They will have several options to choose from which will include solving real-world problems, creating a presentation to teach the class, or a traditional worksheet. Homework should take no more than 1 hour every week.
Assessment
Frequency: 7 or more throughout the class
Details: Students will have several assessments throughout the course. There will be short quizzes, quick checks, and tests given throughout each unit.
Progress Report
Frequency: 1 after class completion
Details: Final report cards will be offered at the end of each semester.
