In section 1 of this 4 part class, students will learn to rewrite and solve equations, solve equations by graphing, solve for slope, and graph linear equations using slope-intercept form and standard form.

This course is designed to go through all of the 8th Grade Common Core Math Standards in a year. To make it easier on parents, I have divided the course into 4 sections. This is section 1 of 4. I have a Bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University in Mid-Level Education with an emphasis in Math and Science.

One practice sheet will be given as homework after each class. We will review the homework sheet at the beginning of each class.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
