These are lessons that I have taught both in a public school with a class of 30 students and in private tutoring setting, and I have always been able to identify the misconceptions regarding these lessons. This helps me adjust the lesson to individual needs.
The assignments that will be provided before the start of every week will have plenty of examples that will probably not be completed during class, students will be encourage to complete them on their own time as homework.
1 file available upon enrollmentA notebook, pencils, if possible colored pens and highlighters. The weekly assignments will be attached before the start of a week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Student learning will be assessed as class progresses through questioning in guided practice problems and through modeling during the independent practice problems.
3 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
We might be playing Jeopardy math games or Kahoot games but students do not need to create an account to be able to participate in them
