Hello students and parents, welcome ! For the past year, I have been part of a team that works directly with students from K12 schools helping them prepare for the Math SAT During that time, I have learned a lot about the tests, and helped set students up for success ! The course is designed to meet once a week for 8 weeks focusing on a key topic each week, followed by some homework problems that you can use to practice between sessions Please see the syllabus for the 8-week schedule. Lessons Each lesson covers a different key topic featured on the SAT including 10 carefully selected questions which we will go into in-depth. Homework Each lesson is accompanied by Homework consisting of 10 practice questions The lessons will give you a chance to brush up and refresh your knowledge and get you into SAT mode. As a coach, I provide a relaxed, safe and encouraging atmosphere, in which I ask you a lot of questions to bring out the knowledge you already have, as well as provide some support in any areas where you get stuck. This is a team effort between student, parents, and coach, and together we won't rest until you are confident that you are ready for test success ! SAT Teaching Experience As a K12 classroom teacher, I helped many students prepare and have success on state Math exams.
