This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice math concepts taught in seventh grade. This class is the second of the series. Below is a list of concepts that we will be covering during this course. Day 1: Writing Expressions Day 2: Writing Equations Day 3: Simplifying and Factoring Expressions Day 4: Evaluating Expressions Day 5: Solving One-Step Equations Day 6: Solving Two-Step Equations Day 7: Solving and Graphing One-Step Inequalities Day 8: Solving Two-Step Inequalities After each live class meeting, an optional practice activity covering the previous lessons' topics will be send in order to provide more opportunities for independent practice. Please note that this is a multi-day class with a set schedule. Please review the entire schedule before enrolling, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you!

Hello! I have been teaching and working in the public school setting for the past nineteen years, and tutoring privately for the past ten years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and developed skills as an online educator when schools had to close for the pandemic. I have continued to work online with learners today, and truly enjoy it. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.Reviews
