Description
Class Experience
Our goal is to have students master lessons and topics covered in 7th grade. Students should now be aware of new topics such as inequalities, area of different shapes, similar shapes and angles.
These are lessons that I have taught both in a public school with a class of 30 students and in private tutoring setting, and I have always been able to identify the misconceptions regarding these lessons. This helps me adjust the lesson to individual needs.
Students will not be assigned homework but they are encouraged to use their notes and worksheets to review after each lesson. The worksheets I submit have plenty of examples for students to finish at home during their own free time.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Student learning will be assessed as class progresses through questioning and modeling.
3 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
All resources needed will be provided as attachments on the classroom tab to be printed before each Monday of the week of learning.
