Class Experience

In this one time class, students will learn the properties complementary, supplementary, and vertical angles to solve for missing angles.  The 50 minute session will include a 15 to 20 minute mini lesson from the teacher and allow for an estimated 30 minutes of activities and practice.  Sessions will allow students to engage with math content and peers while the teacher facilitates learning. Students will practice identifying vertical angles.
Students will practice identifying complementary angles.
Students will practice identifying supplementary angles.
Students will practice solve for missing angles properties of vertical, complementary, and supplementary angles.

To engage in all courses, students will need stable internet and a device capable of video conferencing with working audio and visual needs.  Headphones are encouraged to ensure minimal background interruption from influences outside of our virtual classroom.  Students are expected to maintain a notebook dedicated to their coursework and have necessary writing utensils.
