Students will be able to identify a ratio and complete tasks comparing and evaluating ratios. We will use visuals and discussions to solve problems. Visuals are a great way to represent ratios. Students will be able to draw ratios and write ratios numerically. They will be able to ask questions and share their thoughts with the class. Students should have background knowledge with fractions. They should also know how to find the greatest common factor and least common multiple. Students should know how to simplify.
