Follows Teacher-Created Curriculum
Students will learn 6th grade math in this 16 week course. This is a full course and this course is great for those who have completed the 5th grade level of math. This class will have live meetings. I will also provide guided notes and assign weekly homework on Khan Academy. Students are expected to attend classes weekly (or watch class recordings if they miss a class) and finish their homework. I have a B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of South Florida. I have experience teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry in a public Middle School. I have 10+ years of experience as a math tutor for ages 11 to 18.

Frequency: available upon requestFeedback: available upon requestDetails: Weekly homework will be assigned through Khan Academy to further student mastery of the concepts. Homework will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes a day.Assessment

We will use Khan Academy as assigned homework and for unit tests. Students should create an account and will be given a code so that I can track their progress as well as any areas of difficulty to focus on during our live meetings.
