This course is designed to provide seventh-grade students with a comprehensive understanding of essential concepts aligned with the DOE United States Standards. The curriculum aims to enhance students' problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and reasoning through a variety of engaging activities, real-world applications, and collaborative projects.

**Week 2: Expressions and Equations**

- Solving linear equations with two variables (graphically and algebraically)
- Writing and solving equations and inequalities
- Understanding systems of equations and inequalities

**Week 3: Functions**

- Identifying linear vs. nonlinear functions

I have the educators premium Canva so I will be able to invite my students through Canva to do interactive activities and learning sessions, I will alternate between that and Nearpod which I utilize in the exact same way. I insert examples from both Ck-12 and IXL.com
