Greetings Parents/ Guardians, In this course students will either remediate their knowledge and understanding of 5th grade math or accelerate their knowledge of 5th grade math. This summer camp is designed to help students in four different main domains of math. Students will learn four major foundational concepts and tricks to help them to solve questions based on the 4 domains covered. Students will master the understanding of four concepts: 1. Place Value 2: Fractions 3: Decimals and 4: Long Division.

Homework Offered
Students will be given a homework assignment following each class session.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Students will be provided a formal written report of their progress at the end of each session.Grades Offered
Students should have a notepad for their class notes and a writing utensil.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents should ensure that their child has some time between sessions to work on their homework assignment.
The teacher will provide all resources for the class session, including the homework assignments.
