Description
Class Experience
Students will learn a variety of 5th grade math skills and strategies to use at the 5th grade level. Students will gain confidence in solving 5th grade math problems.
With 7 years of hands-on teaching experience and the talent to effectively inspire students to engage in the learning process and embrace challenges, I am confident in my ability to increase your child's math confidence. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching specializing in Reading and Language Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Integrated Sciences, and hold elementary teaching credentials for Michigan, Illinois, and Colorado. I have taught for a total of 6 years in a traditional Brick and Mortar classroom. I also have years of experience teaching online.
Students have the option to complete a homework assignment related to the week's lesson. The teacher will provide feedback on completed homework assignments.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
