Class Experience
In this course, learners will be taught the tools to be successful in 5th grade math. This class can be used a quick Math review for students going into the 5th grade or students who just needs to review their Math skills. This class is also perfect for students, going into the 5th grade (it is ALWAYS AWESOME to already have them prepared before the school year begins). In this class, we will focus on one lesson each week. Students will be able to focus and master the modules with their new...
This class is taught in English.
Homework will be assigned throughout the week. Students are expected to complete the assignment. Although it is optional it is recommended to ensure learners success.
Printables will be uploaded at the beginning of the week.
Students will not be given a learner grade; however, students will take an "Exit Ticket" at the end of each week. Parents will be given a report. It is important for learners to try their best to complete the "Exit Ticket."
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
All worksheets will be provided to students in the classroom. Students will have access to interactive learning materials while in class. Students will also be given a Zearn Math user name and password. Zearn will be used to help enforced our weekly materials and as extra practice. Learners will be expected to use NearPod once a week in class at the end of our lesson as an "Exit Ticket." Everyone will receive a copy of their NearPod report each week.
