This will be an engaging, hands on, fifth grade math class! We will learn new skills through slides, videos, lecture, partner work, and hands on activities. This is an ongoing class so each week is independent, meaning you can join at any time! We will often practice the material we learned that week with either a game or activity in class - each class to have its own lesson with activities. I am a licensed teacher, and I have always loved teacher math! I also love to get to know the students...
Students will learn all 5th grade math standards.
Homework Offered
I do give worksheets once a week - they are not mandatory, but go along with the lesson if you want extra practice at home.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Students will use Nearpod in this class, Nearpod is a safe and COPPA approved site. Nearpod allows me to give students practice pages that I have made - while they work, I can see their work. This allows me to see if the class is understanding each topic and allows me to see any mistakes they are making.
