Description
Class Experience
This class is a FLEX math class that lasts for 5 weeks. Google Classroom will be used as a way to receive feedback on learning, assign assignments, and watch lessons. Two lessons will be posted on the Monday of each week, as well as the assignments that go with each lesson. Students will practice, review, and learn 5th grade math skills with help from a 5th grade teacher.
Ms. Emily is currently a 5th grade teacher in Nebraska and LOVES her job. She wants to help other 5th graders feel confident in their math abilities.
Two assignments per week; each worth 10 points.
Google Classroom is the online resource used to communicate between teacher, student, and parent. Grades will be posted on Google Classroom.
This class is out of 100 points, based on understanding of the assignments. Students are given feedback and are able to correct their mistakes in order to get a higher grade.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
