Class Experience

US Grade 5
This is a small group 5th Grade Math class. There will only be 10 students in each class.

This class is a good fit for students that have completed 4th Grade Math and want to get a head start for the next school term. This class is also a good fit for students that have completed 5th Grade Math but want to review those critical skills taught during the school year.

The students will be reviewing or learning new skills for 5th Grade.

Lessons will be taught using the Zoom whiteboard. I will be using the I do, we do, you do strategy for the lessons. The students will be given individual time to complete problems on the whiteboard to show understanding.

*** At the end of class, the students will participate in a review using Kahoot games. This is a fun way for the students to show what they have learned.***

The classes taught will be:
1. Place Value (Whole number and Decimal)
2. Multiplication
