📝 What Will Be Taught?  
This engaging 5th-grade class covers reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, helping students build critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Through interactive lessons, discussions, and hands-on activities, students will develop confidence and independence in their learning.  


📖 What Topics Will Be Covered?  
🔹 Reading & Writing – Literary analysis, informational texts, persuasive and creative writing, research projects, and public speaking.  
🔹 Math – Fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry, data analysis, problem-solving, and an introduction to algebra.  
🔹 Science – Ecosystems, energy, Earth & space, physics, chemistry, and the scientific method.  
🔹 Social Studies – U.S. history, geography, government, economics, and global connections.  
🔹 Enrichment – Art, STEM challenges, and collaborative projects to encourage creativity.  


⏳ How Is the Class Structured?  
This class meets four days a week for 3 hours per session and follows a structured routine:  

1️⃣ Warm-up & Review (15 min) – Daily journal writing, interactive review, and class discussions.  
2️⃣ Core Subjects (150 min total, rotating focus)  
   - Reading & Writing (45 min)  
   - Math (45 min)  
   - Science or Social Studies (45 min)  
3️⃣ Interactive Learning & Review (30 min) – Games, projects, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions.
