Homework
1-2 hours per week. Each week, students will receive one homework assignment for each subject, with a maximum time commitment of 30 minutes per subject. Additionally, students will engage in diverse projects both in-class and outside of class. A calendar outlining due dates for book club readings and major projects will be provided for easy reference.
Assessment
Students will undergo assessment via mini projects, experiments, and weekly homework tasks. Furthermore, they will engage in assessments through interactive games such as Nearpods, Kahoots, Spelling Bees, and reading circles.
Grading
At the conclusion of each marking period, students and parents will receive a detailed report card containing one grade per subject along with a final average, accompanied by personalized comments. Intermittent progress reports will be available upon request.

Hey there, future fifth-grade superstars! Get ready to dive into our awesome full-curriculum learning pod! You'll hang out with the coolest teacher, Miss Sarah, all year long, making friends and mastering new skills along the way.

Classes run Monday to Friday, giving you plenty of chances to catch up with Miss Sarah for extra help before or after each session. Homework? No sweat! You'll have one assignment per subject each week, but here's the best part: it's not due until the following week! So, whether it's math or social studies, you've got time to ace it.

And guess what? We've got some seriously fun stuff lined up! From wild science experiments to fascinating social studies projects, every week is packed with excitement. Plus, writing is sprinkled into everything we do, so get ready to unleash your creativity!

But wait, there's more! You'll team up with your fellow learners for group projects and brainstorm sessions using our super cool classroom features, including breakout rooms.

✨ Each class kicks off with our lively morning meeting! For 15 minutes, students can share the latest exciting news, dive into educational games, and catch up with their awesome classmates! 🌞🎉

✨ In every class, we'll make the most of breakout rooms! Here's the scoop: students will get to learn a cool new skill, get guidance, and tackle fun activities in small groups. And don't worry, Miss Sarah's got it all under control! She'll be zipping between rooms, keeping an eye on things, and lending a hand wherever it's needed. Plus, she'll be right there in the main session for any one-on-one help you might need. Just give her a holler, and together, we'll crack those problems wide open! 🌟🔍

In this class, every student is valued and supported. With a diversified approach, Sarah ensures that each student receives the time and resources they need to succeed. From adjusted assignments to flexible deadlines guided by students.
Parental Guidance
When experiments are planned, parents will be notified of all supplies and given the option to be supervise.
Pre-Requisites
Students joining this class must have successfully completed fourth grade or an equivalent curriculum to ensure readiness for the material covered.
