This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice math concepts taught in fifth and sixth grade math. The focus of this class is fractions and mixed numbers. Below is a list of concepts that we will be covering during this class. •Day One: Simplifying Fractions and Converting Between Improper Fractions and Mixed Numbers •Day Two: Adding and Subtracting Fractions with Unlike Denominators •Day Three: Adding and Subtracting Mixed Numbers •Day Four: Multiplying Fractions and Mixed Numbers •Day Five: Dividing Fractions and Mixed Numbers •Day Six: Operations (Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying and Dividing( with Fractions and Mixed Numbers Please note that this is a multi-day class with a set schedule. Please review the entire schedule before enrolling, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you!

Learners should bring something to write with, such as paper/pencil or a whiteboard, to each class meeting.
