In this class we briefly talk about the patriots in my learners family. Then, I instruct the learners as I demonstrate how to cut stripes out of paper. Then they will be asked to glue the stripes in to a piece of paper. Then I show them how to trace their hand and cut it. They will glue it again on the same paper. The learners will be asked to write a simple phrase on their master piece.
Learning Goals
Students will:
-Expand their understanding on a national Holiday.
-Practice communicating with peers by sharing their stories and get to listen to others speaking.
-Develop their Fine motor skills by cutting the paper using scissors.
-Develop the literacy and language competency by adding writing to their craft.
-Build their confidence making a handmade craft for an occasion.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
I will ask the parents to be mindful of the usage of the scissors.

Colored papers: Blue, White and Red Glue Scissors Pencil/Marker
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
