Beginner - Intermediate Level
This is a small group 4th Grade Math class. There will only be 10 students in each class. This class will meet 5 days per week for 2 weeks so that students will be able to grasp the standards covered each day. This class is a good fit for students that have completed 3rd Grade Math and want to get a head start for the next school term. This class is also a good fit for students that have completed 4th Grade Math but want to review those critical skills taught during the school year. Disclaimer: This is a review class only. The students will be reviewing or learning new skills for 4th Grade. Lessons will be taught using the Zoom whiteboard. I will be using the I do, we do, you do strategy for the lessons. The students will be given individual time to complete problems on the whiteboard to show understanding. At the conclusion of each lesson, the students will complete a review of what was taught using Kahoot. This is a fun way for the students to end the class.

Place Value (Whole Numbers and Decimals
In this lesson the students will learn how to read and write numbers in standard, expanded, and word form. The students will also be able to describe relationships between two place value positions (10 times and 1/10 of a number). 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Rounding Whole Numbers
In this lesson the students will be able to round whole numbers to any place. Next the students will add or subtract the rounded numbers. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Add/Subtract 3 & 4 Digit Numbers
In this lesson the students will be able to add and subtract 3 and 4 digit numbers using various strategies. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Multiplicative Comparison
In this lesson the students will be able to solve whole number multiplicative comparison word problems using models and equations. 45 mins online live lesson
