4th Grade Math Review and Games!

In this ongoing class students will meet one time per week to review a fourth grade math topic and play a fun game to practice that topic! Games might include bingo, kahoot, Jeopardy, and mystery picture!

Class Experience

US Grade 4
This is an ongoing class, join for any week that you want to review the topic! Each week this class will begin with a mini lesson that reviews a fourth grade math topic! I will engage students in review of the topic through discussion and practice problems during the first 20 minutes of class! Next we will play a fun game to practice and reinforce the topic in an exciting format! Games may include kahoot, Jeopardy, mystery picture, cards or an escape room!

Week of 6/11: Multiplying multidigit whole numbers


Week of 6/18: no class, no charge 

Week of 6/24: Long division 

Week of 7/1: Word problems with adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers.

Week of 7/8: Area and perimeter of rectangles, missing sides

Week of 7/15: no class, no charge 

Week of 7/22: Comparing two fractions with different denominators.

Week of 7/29: Adding and subtracting fractions with like denominators or with a denominator of 10 or 100. 

Week of 8/5: Decimal place value to the hundredths. Comparing and ordering decimals. 

Week of 8/12:  Angles (acute, obtuse, right), finding missing angles!

Supply List
Paper, pencil, and PDFs I send prior to class. Some classes may require a dice, second device or cards!
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
