Students will represent and interpret data. Students will understand concepts of angles and measure angles. Students will draw and identify lines and angles, and classify shapes by properties of their lines and angles.
Homework Offered
I will provide -10 example problems for homework after each class. This is voluntary and will be reviewed at the beginning of the next class. If a student is struggling, they can post their concerns on the classroom wall for more clarification. Homework should not take more than 10 minutes per assignment.Assessments Offered
I will assess students in class based on their participation and homework (if they do their homework). Students will also have occasional quizzes. I will also provide a feedback report on each student at the end of the course. Please let me know if you would like a letter grade for this class.Grades Offered
Students should have a math journal to keep their notes in and solve example problems. I would also like them to have a small marker board and/or some sheet protectors, along with some dry erase markers. This will be beneficial to class participation.
