📚 4th Grade Online Class Description 📝 What Will Be Taught? This interactive 4th-grade online class strengthens skills in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Students engage in discussions, hands-on projects, and interactive lessons to build a strong academic foundation. 📖 What Topics Will Be Covered? 🔹 Reading & Writing – Summarizing, analyzing themes, opinion writing, essays, research projects, poetry, and creative writing. 🔹 Math – Multiplication/division, fractions, decimals, geometry, word problems, and data analysis. 🔹 Science – Energy, ecosystems, weather, forces & motion, space, simple machines, and hands-on STEM projects. 🔹 Social Studies – U.S. geography, early American history, government, westward expansion, and cultural diversity. 🔹 Enrichment – Art, music, and hands-on STEM activities to support creativity. ⏳ How Is the Class Structured? Each class meets four days per week for 3 hours and follows a structured schedule: 1️⃣ Warm-up & Review (15 min) – Daily check-in, interactive discussions, quick review. 2️⃣ Core Subjects (150 min total, rotating focus) - Reading & Writing (45 min) - Math (45 min) - Science or Social Studies (45 min) 3️⃣ Interactive Learning & Review (30 min) – Games, projects, discussions, movement activities. 🎯 How Will I Teach? I use an engaging, hands-on approach that keeps learning interactive and meaningful.
