45 Minute Reading / Language Arts Private Tutoring - Grades K-8

Your child will receive individualized instruction to ensure a thorough understanding of the Reading concepts (sight words, comprehension, main idea, grammar, writing, etc,) . I can work toward helping your child reach mastery of those standards that he/she are not confident in.  I have a tremendous bank of resources to use in teaching your child, but will be happy to assist on specific homework or school assignments, as well.  In order to prepare to teach your child the best, correspondence with the parent is essential. For example, I would need to know what grade your child is in, the areas in which you see your child struggle, and topics (themes - sports, animals, baking, helping out, etc.) that might interest your child. If it is your wish that I work on a school assignment with your child, I would need for you to provide me with a copy of that material (just a quick screenshot will work fine). If I am providing material for your child to work on, I will attach the material before class so that it can be printed.
