45 Min. Math Tutoring: Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Trig., Precalc., AP Calculus AB

The tutoring session will support the learner in any math topics where they need assistance. It can be tailored to a specific topic that the student wants to review or it can simply be working through homework problems together. We will move at the learner's pace. I will guide them through any difficulties while encouraging growth and confidence! 

I can assist with any topics in the following classes:
-Algebra 1
-Algebra 2
-Geometry
-Trigonometry
-Precalculus
-AP Calculus AB
(If you are looking for help in a statistics class or a calculus class above AB, those classes are outside of my area of expertise.)

***NOTE: You must respond to the Welcome Post in the classroom to let me know what math class these tutoring sessions are going to be supplementing. If I receive no communication from the learner or parent at least 25 hours prior to the session, I will cancel the session.

If the student wants to work on problems from their own worksheets or online program, you must send me the file or screenshots of the assignment prior to each meeting. I will create a whiteboard to share on screen to work with. That allows us to focus on working on the math instead of having to deal with technical difficulties.

However, you do not have to provide any materials! Just let me know what topic you need help with.
I can create a lesson to teach and practice a topic, if that is the goal of the session. I will need to know the topic of interest at least 48 hours before the session to give me time to gather resources and create a lesson. 

I can also develop a longer term plan if you have a learner who either needs to remediate their skills in one of the high school math courses or who wants to move ahead in math quickly. Feel free to contact me if you are seeking that type of support over several sessions.
