Description

Class Experience

Improvisational theatre often called improvisation or improv, is a form of theatre (often comedy). 
Most of all of what is performed is unplanned or unscripted, created spontaneously by the performers.
In this class, we will play "improv games" and create our stories based on randomized suggestions. 
The teacher explains the rules and organizes the students to make sure everyone participates. 
We move from one game to the next after 5-8 minutes to keep the class fun and dynamic.

Students will learn to be spontaneous and trust their instincts (which helps with confidence). 
They will learn how to improvise using their active listening skills, attention, and creativity.

No homework.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
