This is a fitness class. If you are under medical care for any illnesses or conditions that are triggered by exercise, please check with your doctor before attending. Students should have water and appropriate clothing for exercising. This includes closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We will workout together in live instruction.
