Description

Class Experience

Learners will improve their critical thinking skills by engaging in thought-provoking discussions. They will understand satire and how it is used to improve or change society in some way. Learners will be able to determine/identify the themes of each specific novel, the development of characters through their actions and words. Literary elements will be taught during this course through the discussions and homework activities.
Individual homework assignments will be given weekly. All learners should read the assigned pages. Other homework is optional if no grade is desired.
