Welcome to my 4 Day Camp on "The Space Sciene and Earth Science" Here we spend 4 consecutive days revealing the secrets of the Earth as it exists in our Solar System, Galaxy and Universe. We study the techniques of Astronomy and how they reveal how the Earth and Solar System formed. We apply Earth Science to understand the planets and our place in the Universe. Classes will be in a lecture style using multi-media PowerPoint slides with opportunities for questions. We will cover the following topics: 1) Basic Astronomy 2) The Sun and Further Astronomy 3) The Moon and the Evolution of Earth 4) The Earth in our Galaxy and Universe Please contact me if you have any further questions or need any other information.
Learning Goals
After the classes the student will have a good understanding of the Earth's place in the Solar System, Galaxy and Universe and how we use Astronomical techniques to learn about it.

Parental Guidance
This class covers the end of our solar system as the Sun expands into a Red Giant and also the eventual fate of the Universe. These topics may disturn more sensative students.
Pre-Requisites
None, but this is not a basic class, so younger kids may find it challenging unless they are already keen on the subject.
