In this class students will review math concepts taught in 3rd Grade in preparation for 4th Grade through games, manipulatives, and other activities. Students will have the opportunity to socialize while having fun and learning. Students will review core math concepts: -Students will practice advanced place value, including carrying in addition and subtraction and recognizing place values up to hundred millions. -Students will review multiplication of numbers 1 to 12 as well as practice skills to aid in mental math. -Students will review division of multiples of numbers 1 to 12 as well as practice skills to aid in mental math. -Students will review long division. -Students will review fractions and mixed numbers. -Students will practice simplifying and converting fractions and mixed numbers. -Students will review the order of operations. -Students will practice identifying measurement values in inches, feet, yards, centimeters, meters, and kilometers and converting measurements. -Students will practice recognizing liquid measurement values in cups, pints, quarts, gallons, milliliters, liters, and kiloliters and converting measurements.
