Beginner - Advanced Level
This course will cover the third grade NGSS 3rd Grade Science Standards in a hands-on and engaging way! Problem-based learning will drive student inquiry throughout this course through engaging labs, discussions, virtual simulations, and videos. Students will have multiple performance assessments throughout the course in order to assess their understanding in addition to problem-based learning projects and experiments. Due to the fact that this is a self-paced course, students who are already taking 3rd grade science can enroll for additional support and practice. Homeschooled students can enroll for a complete 3rd grade science curriculum. Videos will be uploaded weekly along with practice assignments, labs, homework, and additional resources. Students will use the Outschool classroom to access all materials and homework.
