How Is the Class Structured? Each week features two 1-hour lessons, with one concept-focused session and one practice/application session using interactive Roblox math games. The course is designed to build progressively on skills while reinforcing earlier topics through regular reviews and challenges. ------------------------------ How Will You Teach? I use an interactive teaching style that blends direct instruction, hands-on problem-solving, and digital engagement: • Direct Teaching: Short lectures with visual aids and examples to explain concepts clearly. • Interactive Gameplay: Custom Roblox math games reinforce learning by making abstract concepts tangible and fun. • Group Collaboration: Students work together during discussions and activities to share strategies and ideas. ------------------------------ Learner Interaction: Students will engage in live discussions, collaborate on problem-solving challenges, and receive real-time feedback during lessons. This class requires the use of Roblox, a third-party tool. Students will need a free Roblox account set up prior to the first session. All activities will take place in a private game environment designed specifically for this class, ensuring safety and age-appropriateness. Parents are encouraged to supervise their child during the account setup process and monitor their use of Roblox to maintain a safe and secure learning experience. No additional purchases are required for the games.
