Beginner Level
This is a small group 3rd Grade Math class. There will only be 10 students in each class. This class is a good fit for students that have completed 2nd Grade Math and want to get a head start for the next school term. This class is also a good fit for students that have completed 3rd Grade Math but want to review those critical skills taught during the school year. The students will be reviewing or learning new skills for 3rd Grade. Lessons will be taught using the Zoom whiteboard. I will be using the I do, we do, you do strategy for the lessons. The students will be given individual time to complete problems on the whiteboard to show understanding. *** At the end of class, the students will participate in a review using Kahoot games. This is a fun way for the students to show what they have learned.*** ***Students will not be transferred to different sections once the class has started. The class recording will be available for any missed classes.***

In this lesson the students will learn how multiplication is like addition. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Multiplication: Skip Count on a Number Line
In this lesson the students will learn how to use a number line to skip count to find how many in all. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Multiplication: Model with Arrays
In this lesson the students will use arrays to model multiplication to find factors. 45 mins online live lesson
