This is a 3rd Grade class covering concepts in Math. It is an ongoing class, which teaches an in-depth full year of 3rd Grade curriculum. This class meets 3x a week and each week will cover a stand alone topic, with no previous knowledge required. Students should have a previous knowledge of addition and subtraction but all abilities are greatly welcomed.

Class Experience
What will be taught?: This class teaches a full year’s fundamental concepts of Math for 3rd grade on an ongoing basis. Learners can participate at any time during the year or they can stay the whole year. Math topics will rotate throughout the year for review and practice. What topics will the class cover?: Every week, one topic will build across the week, meeting 3x and securing knowledge within that topic. The following week we will learn something new. Children will learn the key concepts they need within 3rd grade Math using hands-on and child-led learning styles.

Homework will be set at the end of each lesson and any feedback will be posted within the classroom. We offer assessments, grading and progress reports as requested by parents.
Paper, Pencil for each class. Supplies will be listed in the classroom the week before class.
Assessments are available upon request.
