Intermediate Level
This course will be a book club for 3rd grade students. We will dive deep into the chocolaty world of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!" Students will read the chapters prior to the meeting. We will have an activity that goes with the two chapters and will also include a lively discussion about the characters and plot of the story. I will teach through discussion facilitation and offering guidance and feedback. I believe in a book club setting it is the students that will be doing the teaching through their thoughts, feelings, and perspectives with the book.
