Class Experience

Hello, and welcome to my Awesome Electronics Projects for Kids: STEAM Ideas + Project-Based Learning Ongoing course! In this project-driven set of meetings, we will explore crucial engineering concepts that are wrapped inside of fun activities for kids of any age to enjoy. This course is designed to allow children ages 5 to 10 to explore electricity and circuits. Part of what makes this topic so much fun is the discovery that everyday objects can be repurposed and assembled into real working...

I am fully certified to teach Math, Science, & Engineering concepts to K-12 students, with years of experience guiding learners through enriching and engaging project-based-learning activities.

Each project will require the use of simple materials, most of which may be found at home or a local dollar store. A complete list of supplies, along with a detailed syllabus, will be provided.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Our younger learners may need assistance with assembling projects together; however, each project is designed to be simple and easily constructed independently.
