Intermediate Level
In this 5-day immersive camp, students will refine their Blender 3D modeling skills with a focus on creating characters and creatures. Designed for intermediate to advanced Blender users, this course explores essential modeling tools, topology techniques, and sculpting workflows to help students bring their designs to life. Throughout the week, students will work on their own custom character or creature model, receiving personalized guidance and feedback to improve their techniques. By the end of the camp, each participant will have a fully developed 3D model, ready for further detailing, texturing, or animation. Class Experience: 🔹 Live Instruction & Hands-On Practice – Each session includes demonstrations, discussions, and guided modeling exercises. 🔹 Interactive & Small Group – Limited to 5-6 students for individualized feedback. 🔹 Project-Based Learning – Students will develop a character or creature model throughout the week. Character creation styles
Character and creatures are utilized in many different entertainment products. Thus, we must understand concepts such as anatomy and character geometry typology, and why this information changes based on the needs of the production project.

Lesson 2:
Blender Sculpting tools
Let's take a dive into Blender's sculpting tools! We'll start by learning the basics; understanding and testing each of the available sculpt brush tools. Then learning some advanced tricks by working with alphas, vdms, and curve sculpting techniques.

Lesson 3:
Base Meshes & Generation tools
Now that we got the basics of character creation methodologies out of the way, let's dive into the most utilized concepts and techniques that help quickly produce creators. As technology continues to advance, 3D/AI generation tools are starting to appear across the 3D/CGI communities. So let's take a peek into some of those tools.
