30 Mins 4th-9Th Grade Supportive and Personal Math Tutor

This will be individual tutoring for students that need help in math. The class will be tailored to the student's individual needs for each class.  

We will have 1 video class to talk with the student in what he or she is struggling with and I will assist them in each class.  It is best if student brings homework from school so I can best help them with what they need for class.  If student doesn't have homework it is best if the parents send me a picture what what they would like the student to work on and with the mistakes they are making before class to ensure I can prepare. 

My philosophy in learning is that it should be fun and no student should feel like they cannot do what is asked of them.  I will provide encouragement and support through the class to help with student with any easy tips that I have used in the classrooms. 

Communications will be open with parents or guardians before class to discuss what the student needs, strengths, and weaknesses are.  I will give lists of resources and tips to help struggling students to the parents and students.

 In class I like to use Google slides and I will use the feature of writing on the screen as well. 

I have am a homeschool mom who has taught math from 4th through 8th grade, and taught students from other countries different math concepts as well.  I taught in the schools for 2 years in math for 4th-7th grades as well and taken many math courses in college.  I have a love for teaching math and science.
