Students will be learning about the three states of matter: solid, liquid and gas. My classes are structured with an icebreaker, dramatized song, diagrams and a hands-on activity to be done in the home. I believe in differentiated instruction therefore, I try to add aspects to my lessons that will tend to multiple learners, ie. music, kinesthetics and visual. My teaching philosophy encompasses the idea that we can all learn from each other so I love having in-class discussions about the topic...
Students will be able to provide examples of the 3 states of matter within their everyday life. Students can differentiate between solid, liquid and gas.
