Description

Class Experience

Measuring cups (both liquid & solid), teaspoons, tablespoons, cutting board(s), cutlery, 1 onion, 1 or 2 zucchinis, an apron and an attitude of learning!
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Supervision of knife usage may be needed
