Second graders will continue to improve and enhance their reading skills, practice addition and subtraction, as well as being instruct to word problems. Students will improve their problem-solving skills while also becoming more proficient in computational skills. As a teacher, my teaching approach is to look through the eyes of our learners’. This helps me to create an engaging and fascinating learning environment for my students. Having good communication and problem-solving skills allow me to assess my students' level of understanding. PDF will be in the classroom Markers/crayons/color pencils Safety Scissors Hand held dry erase board (can be found at the Dollar Store or Target) Dry Erase marker Folder or Binder (binder would do better) Suggestion: It may be easier to create a daily folder for each day with the materials/worksheets already ready for your learner. You may want to also try colored coded folders for each day; example: Monday-red, Tuesday-blue, Wednesday-green and etc. I try my best each week to let you all know what we are working on each day. If you need any other tips, please let me know. I love to help all of our learners to be organized.
