4 hours per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
In this class, we will use the following third-party tools:

1. Nearpod - No account required. We will use this to watch instructional videos, collaborate, and hand in some of our virtual work.
2. Google Classroom - There will be an account required. Creating a Google account is free. All student information will be kept confidential. Students will work on some of our classwork here. Think of it as a virtual writing journal. Students will be able to access assignments, quizzes, homework, projects, rubrics, and more on their own time and at their own pace.

From time to time we may also play games such as Kahoot, Blooket, and/or Gimkit to review concepts learned in class as well as to encourage some fun! :D All of these have been used extensively by myself and are safe to use. No student accounts are necessary!
